Genesis Land and Mineral Resources is owned and operated by Don Huebner.  Don, a landman with over 29 years experience, primarily as field broker, brings an in-depth understanding of what it takes to meet client needs.  He has surrounded himself with a high caliber staff of seasoned land and skilled technology oriented professionals.  They enable Genesis to perform a wide array of tasks.

Headquartered in Houston, Texas, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Houston and 10 minutes from Bush International Airport, Genesis is able to serve our clients locally or nationwide, wherever, whenever, and however the need arises.

Genesis Land & Mineral Resources personnel have extensive background in lease negotiation and lease development. We have developed innovative approaches to leasing that provides a win/win relationship for both the land/mineral owner and our clients, laying a foundation of trust with open and honest dialog and mutual respect between all parties. We manage energy prospects from initial lease take-off through lease acquisitions, title runsheets, title curative and lease data management.

Genesis has developed a scalable comprehensive data management system to manage our client information. Our system promotes a logical approach to data mining and electronic document storage. This allows for quick research and prevents duplicate efforts at the courthouse eliminating repetitive hits on any courthouse documents. All files are scanned and filed on a secure server with established disaster recovery protocols in place.  Our system also allows our clients to obtain their information “remotely” in real time allowing for a seamless transfer of information 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
